Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Parties hereto hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Lahore.
In case there is a dispute between the Parties, the Parties shall endeavour to settle it amicably, failing which it shall be referred to Arbitration. The Arbitration will be conducted as per Arbitration Act, 1940, as amended from time to time. The seat of arbitration shall be Lahore and its language English. The decision of the arbitration shall be final and binding on both the Parties.
USING THE WEBSITE AND RELATED MOBILE APPS AND CONTENT
The Website is only for personal use. You may not use the Site for commercial purposes or in any way that is unlawful, or harm us or any other person or entity, as determined in our sole discretion.

contains a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise tampers with, impairs or damages the Platforms or any connected network, or otherwise interferes with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of the Platforms; or

LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between You and the Company shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan without regard to its conflict of law provisions and for resolution of any dispute arising out of Your use of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You agree that the Company has the right to bring any proceedings before any court/forum of competent jurisdiction and You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts or forum.
AMENDMENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these terms of use at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these terms of use for any changes. We have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may also be grounds for termination of your account, at our sole discretion, and you may be reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.
The provisions of these terms of use, which by their nature should survive the termination of these terms of use, shall so survive such termination.
